    Senan Goundjo, founder and president of Groupe TechHospitalité, is a hospitality and information technology professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience across three continents. Originally from Benin and now based in Washington, D.C., he combines deep knowledge of African market realities with American industry standards to deliver practical, sustainable, and tailored solutions.

    Senan Goundjo is a Beninese expert in hospitality and technology, with over 15 years of international experience across Africa and the United States. With academic degrees in hospitality management and information systems, he has held leadership roles at Marriott International, Flippin’ Pizza, and Salamander DC.

    As the founder and president of Groupe TechHospitalité, he is dedicated to bridging technology, education, and the hospitality industry, with a mission to modernize and transform the sector across Africa. Through initiatives like the Hospitality Tech Show, he connects students, professionals, and industry experts to foster innovation, knowledge sharing, and talent development in hospitality.

    A recipient of multiple academic awards and an active member in several organizations, Senan is recognized as a committed leader driving an inclusive, connected, and forward-thinking hospitality industry.

    Arielle BABADJIDE - Wellness, Marketing & Customer Service Expert

    Arielle BABADJIDE is the founder of À Corps Parfait Bénin, a beauty and wellness institute dedicated to holistic well-being—born from her passion for beauty and her deep commitment to people. With over 11 years of experience, she offers a unique approach that blends aesthetics, natural cosmetics, holistic treatments, and personal development.

    Holding a degree in marketing and commercial communication, Arielle combines technical expertise with a sharp sense of brand strategy. This has allowed her to build a loyal clientele and establish her institute as a leading name in Benin. Her attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism ensure that every client enjoys a personalized and unforgettable experience.

    Damien L. Duchamp - Hospitality Consultant

    Damien L. Duchamp is the Executive Director for Hospitalented.org, the culmination of over 30 years in the hospitality and tourism industry. Born in France, he leverages his European, American and African experiences in event planning, lodging, travel planning, restaurants, beverages and marketing.

    When time permits, Dr. Duchamp engages in various projects both within his academic role and through non-profits. Highlights include producing major concerts with Ne-Yo, Common, The Roots and Ciara; launching brands and franchise concepts such as Cook&Go; developing a POS system for Recruit; and representing Evian Water in New York City.

    As a tourism professor, he seeks to offer education and training that is ahead of the curve. This has resulted in a conference on alternative foods (plants, bugs), unique courses (dark tourism, franchise development), and blockchain think tanks (Bitcoin, Ethereum). Passionate about customer service and hospitality, he has hosted countless tourism workshops and developed new certificate programs/curriculums.

    Dr. Duchamp is especially committed to helping communities expand their economy through tourism, which requires significant skill development. He is a firm believer that almost anything can become a tourism site with a little creativity. ‘Prof’ excels at creating new revenue streams for communities large and small, and is the author of Tourism is Gold - The Path to Ghana, published in March 2025.

    With degrees from SUNY New Paltz, Clemson University, and Gwynedd Mercy University, Prof. Duchamp completed a dissertation on tourism, entitled “Perceptions of the Hospitality and Tourism Industries by 18-24 Year Olds in Ghana, West Africa.” Learn more about Dr. Duchamp at www.profduchamp.com.
